Bishop-elect William Leo Murdoch (Bill) has served as rector of All Saints Episcopal Church in West Newbury, MA for 14 years. Bill holds a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell College, and was ordained to the priesthood in May 1986 in the Diocese of Massachusetts.

He has served as an adjunct professor at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has seen 9 seminarians from All Saints. All Saints has become an apostolic community of people on mission together serving as a resource parish to many other people and churches. Bill has served in short-term missions in India, teaching and preaching in Madras, Bangalore, and Calcutta and as part of a SOMA team to Uganda last year. Fr. Bill's passion for discipleship and evangelism has been seen in leadership seminars and the continued work of the convocation.
